Fiancee
I know it's cliché but my fiancée has seen and reviewed every card, as well as advised on the design of many. Not only has she been massively supportive! But she has also put up with me annoying her every five seconds to show each slight change of a line of pixels - I envy her sheer patience.
Game Icons

And they are doing some awesome work there, go check them out! They are consistently releasing new icons to be used, FOR FREE, by many people. And all you have to do in return? Give them their due credit.

I've been using their icons and editing them in my graphic editor of choice (Macromedia Fireworks 2004 because my Autism spikes my brainwaves when I use a reliable, functioning piece of software with just a pinch of nostalgia). The site sports a pretty decent editor too, allowing you change colours and add some basic backgrounds and gradients to the icons. It's a great resource and I can not recommend it enough.
